Genesis Revisited II sarà in vendita in doppio cd ad edizione limitata o in vinile (4 LP + 2 CD!). Questa la scaletta (quasi due ore e mezza di musica!).

Davvero incredibile ed entusiasmante è la collaborazione con altri musicisti d'eccellenza della scena prog internazionale che accompagnano Steve Hackett in questa rivisitazione: Nad Sylvan (cantante del gruppo Unifaun), Steven Wilson (chiatarrista e cantante dei Porcupine Tree e di altri innumerevoli gruppi, clicca qui per approfondire), Nik Kershaw, Simon Collins ( un musicista con cui Steve Hachett collaborò nel passato suonando in U-Catastrophe by Simon Collins (2008) nella prima canzone del disco), Francis Dunnery, John Wetton, Mikael Akerfeldt,(Opeth) Neal Morse fra gli altri, mentre alla chitarra Steve chiede aiuto a Steve Rothery  (Marillion) e Roine Stolt , John Hackett, Jakko Jakszyk ( 21st Century Schizoid Man e King Crimson Projeckt)

Esce il 27 Settembre il nuovo album di Steve Hackett, un album doppio con una copertina suggestiva. L'album si intitola " Beyond The Shrouded Horizon".

Questa mattina mi sono svegliato e dopo aver fatto colazione, sono andato come di consueto nel mio posto preferito, per liberarmi dalle scorie :-) Guardavo dalla finestra, la splendita giornata di sole, questa grande energia che si diffonde sul pianeta senza costi e il mio pensiero iniziava a volteggiare intorno a suoni lontani, del passato, suoni senza tempo che fanno parte della mia vita.

E mi è venuta in mente questa bellissima Suite di Steve Hackett che voglio riproporvi.
